In Beijing, Peking duck is a flavor that flows through time

That devotion eventually crossed the ocean with Mr. Chen, landing in Tampa, Florida.
There are no crimson palace walls here—only sunshine.
No narrow alleys—only glowing ovens.
And so CHEN’S Duck & Dumplings quietly came to life,
